Rosemary Lane

Rosemary Lane is a seasoned human resources professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently, Rosemary holds positions as Group People & Culture Business Partner and Group Human Resources Business Partner at The iNUA Collection and CLISTE HOSPITALITY since May 2022 and November 2022, respectively. Prior experiences include serving as Employment Services Team Leader at Peninsula Ireland, where Rosemary managed a team of 24 across multiple locations and developed training programs. Rosemary also worked as HR Manager at Midleton Park Hotel, establishing HR processes, and held HR/Office Administrator responsibilities at HMSHost, contributing to workforce growth and administrative support. Rosemary began their career at Aer Lingus as cabin crew. Educational qualifications include a Level 9 award in Employment Law and a degree in Human Resource Management from Munster Technological University and Dublin City University.
