Trevor McCarthy

Trevor McCarthy is a seasoned professional in the hospitality and education sectors, currently serving as Group Learning and Development Manager at Cliste Hospitality since August 2022. Previously, Trevor held roles including Group Quality & Development Manager and Training & Development Support Consultant at O'Donoghue Ring Hotels from May 2019 to August 2022. With a robust academic background that includes a Master's Degree in Marketing and Management Strategy from Limerick Institute of Technology, a Bachelor of Commerce in Human Resources Management from University of Galway, and a Bachelor of Commerce in Hotel/Motel Administration from Shannon College of Hotel Management, Trevor has also contributed to higher education as Programme Leader and Lecturer at Shannon College. Additionally, Trevor has gained invaluable hands-on experience in various managerial and training positions across multiple prestigious hotels, including Adare Manor, Fitzgeralds Woodlands House Hotel & Spa, and The Pembroke Hotel.
