Currently serving as an HR Business Partner and Head of Talent Acquisition at Clix Capital, Shikha has previously held multiple roles at Reckitt, including Candidate Experience Specialist and HR Business Partner for Corporate Functions and Sales. Shikha's career began as an HR Executive at Copal Partners, following an internship as a Summer Trainee at Minerals and Metals Trading Corporation (MMTC). Shikha holds an MBA in HR from Asia Pacific Institute of Management and a degree from Narsee Monjee College of Commerce & Economics, Mumbai University.
