Pramod Patil

Pramod Patil is an accomplished professional in the lithium battery manufacturing industry, currently serving as Senior Production Manager at JLNPhenix Energy since July 2022, where Pramod orchestrated production processes and implemented lean methodologies that substantially reduced costs and increased efficiency. Previously, Pramod held various roles at SOAR Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd, including Production Manager and Head of Production, where key contributions included optimizing manufacturing processes and collaborating with R&D teams. Pramod also gained experience as a Business Development Manager at SOAR Battery Technology Dongguan Co. Ltd., focusing on resource development and machinery procurement. Pramod began the career as a Production Engineer at SOAR Renewable Energy Pvt Ltd after earning a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from North Maharashtra University in 2014.
