Gajen Mohanadasan has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Gajen began their career in 2006 at Research International as a Project Executive, where they developed client relationships and assisted the Project Manager in various projects. In 2010, they joined Millward Brown as a Senior Project Management Executive, where they served as a link between Client Service, Data Processing, and Fieldwork teams, using their specialist knowledge to ensure high-quality data delivery.

In the same year, Gajen moved to Nielsen as a Project Development Manager, leading a project team and developing client relationships by understanding their business and marketing needs. Gajen then joined In3 Data Solutions Sdn Bhd in 2012 as a Business Development Director, where they created an annual budget and developed comprehensive plans while focusing on innovative approaches and analyzing business needs.

Returning to Nielsen in 2017, Gajen took on roles as Head of Research Project Management (Sales Effectiveness), Head of Analytics (Sales Effectiveness), and Senior Consultant (Business Development). During this period, they managed project teams, ensured quality delivery of services, and maximized revenue through top project quality control.

In 2020, Gajen joined NielsenIQ as an Associate Director in Business Development, where they forecasted marketing trends, informed superiors about markets and sales needs, and collaborated with product development departments to create marketing materials.

Currently, Gajen is a Client Business Partner at InsightzClub since 2023, where they continue to utilize their expertise in business development and client relationships.

Throughout their work experience, Gajen Mohanadasan has consistently demonstrated their skills in strategic planning, project management, client servicing, and team leadership.

Gajen Mohanadasan, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management, General at the University of Sunderland from 2021 to 2022. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Northumbria University, graduating between 2003 and 2007.
