Frances Pomposo

Frances Pomposo serves as Vice President of Legal and Government Affairs Strategy and Operations at Splunk. Active in leadership roles, Frances is a member of the Board of Directors and Treasurer for the Corporate Legal Operations Consortium (CLOC), as well as a regional leader for CLOC in the San Francisco Bay Area. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff to the General Counsel at Workday, Director of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff at Workday, and Head of Legal Operations and Chief of Staff at Lyft. Frances also led the Emerging Legal Department Group at CLOC. Educational credentials include a Master of Business Administration from San Jose State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Santa Clara University.
