When we start up a new assignment it’s with a blank piece of paper. It’s not about what we did the last time round, it’s about what we should do now. We thoroughly research our clients’ products, market and customers. Then we bring out the competencies needed. If we don’t have them in-house, we find them. With a solid team of senior people, we have been around the block. And we are still curious.
