Nick Gayeski has over 20 years of work experience. Nick started their career in 1997 as a CAD Drafter at Sear Brown Group. In 2000, they became a Research Intern at The Ohio State University. Two years later, they were hired as a Senior Research Associate at the Environmental Law Institute. In 2007, they worked as an Energy Modeler at The Green Engineer, Inc. and as a Research Intern at Mitsubishi Electric Research Labs. In 2009, they were a Research Engineer at Masdar Institute of Science and Technology and in 2010 they became a Research Affiliate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Nick is currently the Chief Executive Officer of Clockworks Analytics.

Nick Gayeski's education history includes a Ph.D. from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) in Building Technology, which they earned between 2007 and 2010. Nick also holds a Master of Science in Building Technology from MIT, which they earned between 2005 and 2007. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Physics from Cornell University between 1998 and 2002. Additionally, they earned a Certificate of Proficiency in Energy Management from the University of Otago in 2001.
