Chris Lawrence

Chris Lawrence has extensive experience in manufacturing and management roles. Chris is currently serving as the Vice President of Manufacturing at Clopay Corporation since October 2021. Prior to that, they worked at CornellCookson where they held the positions of Director of Manufacturing from December 2019 to October 2021, and Plant Manager from January 2018 to December 2019. Before that, they worked at Silver Line Building Products for several years, where they served as a Value Stream Manager from January 2012 to January 2018, General Manager from January 2008 to 2011, and as part of the plant planning and start-up team for the Fall River facility. Chris also worked at Stanley Black & Decker, Inc., where they held the positions of Value Stream Manager and Project Manager - Restructuring, overseeing production and cost-saving initiatives.

Chris Lawrence attended the University of Rhode Island and obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics in 1996. Chris also received a Six Sigma Black Belt certification from The National Graduate School of Quality Management in 2002.
