Joanie Henderson

Joanie Henderson's work experience includes holding various leadership roles in different companies. Joanie currently serves as the Vice President of Learning and Talent Development at Clopay Corporation since 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Director of Learning and Talent Development at Clopay Corporation from 2022 to 2023. Before joining Clopay, they were the AVP, Talent Management at Ensemble Health Partners from 2019 to 2022. Joanie also worked as the Head of Associate Development & Engagement at Luxottica from 2018 to 2019. In their earlier career, they held roles such as the Director of the Leadership Institute at Macy's and held multiple positions at Luxottica Retail. Joanie also worked at LA Weightloss as the National Director of Operations - Corporate and Franchise and as the National Director of Training. Throughout their career, Joanie has focused on areas such as talent management, learning and development, performance management, and leadership development.

Joanie Henderson holds a Master's Degree in Instructional Design and Technology from Miami University. Joanie also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Radio/TV from St. Joseph's College (IN). In addition to their degrees, Joanie has obtained various certifications including an mMBA from Miami University, a Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) from the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA), and certifications in 360 Assessments, Compression Planning, Project Management, Lectora, and High Impact Learning Process from different institutions and organizations.
