Lauretta O'Hara

Lauretta O'Hara has a strong background in human resources, with experience in various leadership positions. Lauretta is currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Clopay Building Products since February 2019. Prior to this, Lauretta held a similar role at CornellCookson, Inc. where they provided strategic HR leadership and oversaw the development and implementation of various HR programs and services. Lauretta served as an internal consultant to management, supervisors, and employees on personnel issues. Earlier in their career, Lauretta worked as an HR Manager at both Alcoa and Bucilla Corporation.

Lauretta O'Hara earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Organizational Leadership and Development from Wilkes University from 2007 to 2010. Lauretta also received a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology/English from King's College between 1982 and 1986. Prior to their college education, Lauretta attended Freeland High School.
