Sean McCausland

Sean McCausland is an experienced professional with a strong background in release management and operational assurance. Currently serving as Release Automation Manager at Close Brothers Asset Management since July 2021, Sean previously held the position of Release Manager at M&G Investments from April 2014 to June 2021, where responsibilities included managing complex release processes and leading multiple workstreams using Agile methodologies. Earlier roles at M&G included Operational Assurance Analyst and an IS Post Graduate placement, both of which involved enhancing compliance and coordinating with technology teams. Sean also has prior experience as a Press Assistant at Mercieca Ltd, supporting communication strategies for major brands. Educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Print Journalism from Nottingham Trent University.
