Megan Beddard has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Megan started their career at Sussex Police as a Special Constable from July 2014 to March 2016. Following that, they worked at 1st CENTRAL as a Senior Realtime Analyst from November 2014 to January 2017, where they managed real-time operations and played a key role in expanding the resource team. Currently, Megan is working at Close Brothers Premium Finance since September 2017, where they have held various positions. Currently, they serve as the Head of Contact Centres - Retail, responsible for leading and driving contact centre teams to deliver exceptional customer service. Megan also served as an Operations Manager from September 2017 to February 2022, overseeing contact centre operations and implementing strategies to enhance customer experience. Prior to that, they worked as a Real Time Analyst from January 2017 to September 2017, where they actively managed phone queues and ensured best practices with outsourcers.
