Treesa Joseph

Treesa Joseph is a seasoned Business Analyst with extensive experience across several leading companies. Currently at Close Brothers since November 2022, Treesa focuses on business analysis and transformation projects. Prior to this, Treesa worked at Ocado Retail Ltd, where responsibilities included defining business requirements and ensuring the development of both functional and non-functional requirements during a major systems transformation. Previous experience includes roles at Fingent as a Project Coordinator and Analyst, at Ignitho Technologies as a Project Manager and Scrum Master, and at Wipro Limited as a Business Analyst, where Treesa engaged stakeholders to improve testing processes. Treesa holds an MBA in Finance from the Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship and an Engineer’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Govt. Model Engineering College.
