Jonathan Dale Riddle

Jon brings over 15 years of progressive, diverse managerial HR and advisory experience to the Close HR team. Having previously supported and received awards for his HR work with multiple companies on a global scale, he now provides high-quality people management and operational support to local businesses on behalf of Close HR.

An accomplished HR Director, Jon is a member of SHRM (Society for Human Resources Management), Crisis Counselors Coalition, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. His certifications include Crisis Intervention and the Six Sigma Green Belt.

Jon resides in Wake Forest with his wife, Jen, and children Isabelle, Nadia, and Kai. He and his wife regularly volunteer as crisis counselors while also providing seminars and other talks within the local adoption community. Jon also admits to being a self-proclaimed coffee snob.
