Kandin Allen

Kandin Allen is a dedicated professional with diverse experience in program operations, research, and customer service. Currently serving as a Program Ops Associate focused on Donor Experience at Close the Gap Foundation since October 2022, Kandin coordinates initiatives to enhance the organization's outreach. Previous roles include working as a Research Assistant at BYU College of Physical and Mathematical Sciences, specializing in optical engineering and Nonlinear Thomson Scattering, and interning as a Social Impact Project Intern with BlocPower, which involved strategies to engage the LatinX community in New York. Prior experience at Nu Skin included customer service roles in shipping, sales, and technical support. Kandin also completed a volunteer missionary service with The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Physics from Brigham Young University and an Associate's degree in University Studies from Utah Valley University.
