Kendra Abbott

Kendra Abbott is currently serving as a Civic Fellow at Close Up Foundation, a role commenced in September 2024. Previous experience includes leading multi-week backpacking trips for Overland Summers from June 2021 to August 2024, where Kendra managed logistics and the emotional needs of groups of middle and high school students. At Hamilton College, Kendra acted as an Adirondack Adventure New Student Orientation Leader and contributed as a grader for a Constitutional Law course. Additionally, Kendra interned in the Office of Senator Edward J. Markey, supporting the Energy and Environment policy team, and held roles in customer service at Rancatore’s Ice Cream & Yogurt and as a campaign intern for Maura Healey for Attorney General. Kendra holds a Bachelor of Arts in Government with a minor in Environmental Studies from Hamilton College, earned in May 2024.
