Sarah Gerloff has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sarah started their career in 2011 as an Avid Tutor at IL school district 300, where they collaborated with students to improve their comprehension in difficult subjects and facilitated Socratic discussions. Sarah then worked as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Northern Colorado, assisting in running a Music and Styles course and maintaining student information.

After that, Sarah joined Weld County School District 6 as an Avid Tutor, where they worked collaboratively with students to improve their academic skills and fostered Socratic discussion in the classroom. Sarah also graded and recorded student work. Sarah then transitioned to The Greeley Dream Team as a Tutor, where they provided individualized support to struggling students and developed their math skills.

In 2013, Sarah also worked as a Music Ministry Assistant at Cornerstone Community Church, assisting with various tasks related to the church's music ministry. Sarah then became a Math + tutor at AUSL (Academy for Urban School Leadership), teaching math to small groups of 3rd-5th grade students, developing lesson plans, and conducting data entry and analysis using Google Sheets.

In 2015, Sarah worked as a Media digitizer at Groupon, where they added content to Groupon's Delivery Platform and utilized SalesForce and ZenDesk. Sarah then joined the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to various stakeholders. Sarah later took on roles as a Data and Audit Specialist, Application Support Analyst, and Application Administrator at ACCME, where they focused on technical support, building data reports, and implementing data quality rules.

Sarah then joined Terminus as a Data Operations Engineer, where they worked on data operations and engineering tasks. Sarah eventually transitioned to the role of Manager, Data Operations, overseeing data operations within the company.

Most recently, Sarah joined Close as a Senior Customer Support Engineer in 2023, where they utilize their technical expertise to provide support to customers.
