Sharon Owende

Sharon Owende is an experienced professional in customer support and technical product management, with a background that includes roles at Close as a Customer Support Executive, Credrails as a Technical Product & Project Manager, and Equity Bank Limited as a Technical Product Manager for Telco & Convergence. Prior to these positions, Sharon served as a Senior Financial Services Officer for M-PESA at Safaricom PLC, and began the career as a Graduate Management Trainee. Additionally, Sharon has experience as a Network Operation Center Engineer at Wananchi Group. Sharon is currently pursuing further education at eMobilis Institute, following a previous program completed there between 2014 and 2015.
