Vitória Bastiani

Vitória Bastiani currently serves as Gerente de RH at Closecare since February 2023, following a role as HR Business Partner at Casai from December 2021 to February 2023, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and strategic HR support across multiple departments. Victoria has extensive experience in HR subsystems and operational efficiency, having previously managed HR teams at Instabuy and worked as an HR Consultant at LoopKey and Cinco Estrelas Casa de Pães.
