Vaibhav Kadikar

Vaibhav Kadikar began their career in 1999 as the Founder of DotComRupees. In 2000, they moved to Unisys as Manager of Operations Analysis. In 2004, they joined Oerlikon as Director of Corporate Development, where they were responsible for product and business portfolio realignment, executing M&A transactions, and leading a profitability and performance transformation program. In 2008, they founded CloseCross and served as Founder and CEO until 2017. In 2010, Kadikar earned their MBA from INSEAD. In 2019, they co-founded Blockchain Propulsion and acted as a Mentor.

Vaibhav Kadikar completed their MBA in General Management / Strategy from INSEAD in 2011. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelors and Post-Graduate-Diploma in International Finance from Gujarat University between 1996 and 1999.
