Amanda Weikum

Amanda Weikum has over 20 years of work experience, starting as an Inside Sales Representative at Nature's Way Products, Inc. in 2001. Amanda then worked as a Classified Advertising Sales Representative at The Daily Herald between 2002 and 2005. From 2005 to 2014, they were an Advertising Software Implementation Specialist and Customer Success Manager at Naviga. Amanda then worked at InsideSales.com, starting as an Enterprise Implementation Consultant, and later becoming an Engagement Manager and Customer Success Manager from 2014 to 2019. In 2018, they joined XANT.AI as a Senior Director of Customer Success and led a team of 10 CSMs. From 2021 to early 2023, they served as the Manager of Customer Success at Gryphon.ai, where they recruited and trained five customer success managers. Amanda is currently the Head of Customer Success and Sales Engineering at CloseFactor, starting in June 2023.

Amanda Weikum has an Associate of Arts (AA) degree from Columbia Basin College, and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in English from Eastern Washington University. In February 2014, they obtained a certification as a Certified Insidesales.com System Administrator 1 for Salesforce from InsideSales.com.
