Carolina Xavier-Walsh

Carolina Xavier-Walsh is a seasoned design consultant specializing in interior design at Closets By Design since February 2025. With extensive experience in operations and customer service, Carolina previously held multiple roles at Rocket Travel, Inc., where responsibilities included developing training programs for travel partners, launching a new call center, and overseeing people operations during the COVID-19 pandemic. Carolina's communication skills proved essential in delivering customer service in Portuguese, English, and Spanish. Prior experience includes serving as an administrative assistant at the Consulate General of Brazil in Chicago, where support was provided to the Consul General, and working as a flamenco dance instructor with After School Matters, directing and producing performances. Carolina holds a degree from UniRitter in Porto Alegre, Brazil, and pursued further education at UIC College of Architecture.
