Kevin Raynor has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage and real estate industries. Kevin began their career in 2000 as a Transaction Manager for The Mortgage Network and Realty World in Campbell/San Jose. In 2006, they moved to LownHome Financial as a Business Applications/Project Manager, where they led their team to focus on time and cost efficiency to increase profit and ensure accuracy of the business applications used. In 2008, they joined ClosingCorp as a Director of Data Operations, and later became a Data Operations Manager. In this role, they were responsible for analyzing and communicating the necessary steps to fix bugs, system limitations, and operational deficiencies of the current title and settlement rate cards, and for improving the integrity of the data. Kevin also communicated with industry experts, executives, business and systems analysts, underwriters, rating bureaus, lenders, and the CFPB to ensure the company vision and goals were met. Additionally, they trained and led team members on management of title insurance rates, endorsements, policies, integrations, and how these all impacted products, partner confidence, tolerance violations, and future business. Kevin also researched and identified relevant trends and business practices for title insurance.
Kevin Raynor attended West Valley College from 1996 to 1998, where they studied Business Applications. Kevin then attended San Jose State University from 1998 to 2000, studying Business/Finance. In February 2015, they obtained a certification in Project Management Skills for Non-Project Managers from Career Academy.
