Gary Szymanski

Gary Szymanski is an accomplished commercial director with extensive experience in sales and marketing across various industries, particularly in the beverage and healthcare sectors. Currently serving as the Commercial Director at Closure Systems International since June 2024, Gary previously held senior roles at Amcor, where responsibilities included managing national accounts within the North American Beverage Business Unit. Expertise includes leading significant global accounts at O-I, with particular success in securing and growing multi-million dollar contracts. Gary's career also features strategic leadership positions in business unit management at Mold-Rite Plastics, alongside a strong foundation in financial management and operations at O-I, supported by degrees from the University of Notre Dame and The University of Toledo.
