Ryan Reynolds

Ryan Reynolds is the current COO at Cloth & Paper. Ryan has also worked at Deutsche Bank and CarMax in the past. At Deutsche Bank, they worked in cash management for the investment banking division. Ryan helped to complete money wires between banks and fund the bank’s primary account for daily business. Ryan also single-handedly created the department's Iron Mountain account, created a filing system to comply with government regulations, and taught all employees in cash management how to file and recall documents. Ryan also helped to test improved computer program for sending and receiving money wires. At CarMax, they were a manager and their responsibilities included on going sales training on a one on one and group level, recruiting, hiring, and managing a team of 12 direct associates and an overall staff of 45-55 Sales Consultants. Ryan also led initiatives in the store that increased customer satisfaction scores, close rates, and employee morale. Prior to being a manager, they were a Senior Sales Associate at CarMax.

Ryan Reynolds attended the McIntire School of Commerce at the University of Virginia. Ryan then went on to Full Sail University to study recording arts, and they have a certification from ISOQAR Ltd in ISO 9002.
