Justine Crowley's work experience includes roles in various companies. Justine started their career as a Financial Aid Administrative Assistant at the University of Massachusetts Boston Financial Aid from September 2011 to December 2014. In 2015, they worked as a Market Lease Analyst at Equity Office Properties until October, and simultaneously served as an Entrepreneur, Manager, and Technician at LoveAleta, eventually becoming the Small Business Owner there from February 2015 to November 2019. In August 2015, they began working as a Yoga Instructor at Yoga with Justine. From November 2017 to September 2021, they joined Ritual Sweat Society as a Yoga Instructor. Additionally, they worked at lululemon as a Customer Service Representative and Product Educator, handling team success, customer experience, conversion rate, and sales. Justine also took on roles as an Employee Leadership Development, People and Culture Lead, and Culture Outreach Program Facilitator. Justine's most recent role was at Cloud 9 ERP Solutions, where they started as a Customer Success Manager in December 2019. Justine progressed to the positions of Director of Customer Success in October 2021, Director of Client Success in November 2021, and eventually became the VP of Client Success in December 2022.

Justine Crowley completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Psychology at UMass Boston from 2011 to 2014. In 2013, they also studied Cultura de Cataluna y Barcelona at Universitat de Barcelona. Prior to attending UMass Boston, Justine Crowley pursued Business Administration and Management, General at Massasoit Community College from 2010 to 2011. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Small Business Accelerator from Entrepreneurship for All (EforAll) in September 2019 and 200 hr Yoga Teacher Training from Yoga Alliance in August 2017.
