Linda Lee has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Linda is currently employed at Cloud and Things as a Senior Business Analyst, where they assist in documenting and mapping out claim management processes for the State of California's Employment Development Department. Linda'sresponsibilities also include analyzing business process activities, gathering requirements for system procurement, and supporting the evolution of business process changes.

Prior to their current role, Linda worked at Citi, where they held multiple positions. Linda served as an Application Manager, overseeing 4 in-house applications and 2 vendor applications in the area of personal wealth management and investments. Linda'sresponsibilities included supervising the development life cycle of applications, monitoring code packaging and deployment, coordinating continuity of business recovery testing efforts, and conducting system vulnerabilities testing. Linda also served as a Senior Business System Analyst, supporting new initiatives and changes for various aspects of system applications related to financial advisor compensation, referral programs, licensing regulations, and other interfacing components. Linda worked closely with business partners to gather requirements, review and analyze changes, and ensure compliance with industry regulations. Earlier in their career at Citi, they worked as a Software Developer, supporting the MIS reporting system and implementing web-based workflow functionalities.

Before joining Citi, Linda worked at Dean Witter as a System Analyst and Application Developer.
