Manju Shiv

Manju Shiv has extensive work experience in sales and management roles. They began their career as a Senior Manager at Bell Teleservices in 2010, where they were responsible for lead generation, new business development, and account management. After that, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Proliant Infotech in 2011. In 2012, they joined Prescience Soft Pvt Ltd as a Business Development Manager, where they also contributed to sales and marketing functions.

From 2013 to 2014, Manju Shiv worked as a General Manager - India Sales at Sysintegra, focusing on BMC Remedy and ServiceNow. They then served as a General Manager - India & Global Sales - BMC Remedy, OTRS & Service Now (External Consultant) at eStomi Technologies from 2014 to 2015. In 2015, they joined NicheSolv as a General Manager - India & Global Sales, focusing on client engagements.

From 2016 to 2017, Manju Shiv worked as a General Manager - India & Global Sales (Managed Services, Remote Management & IMS) at engage IT Services Pvt. Ltd., where they supported managed IT services for MSP clients in North America. They then joined Afore Cybersec Technology Pvt. Ltd. as a Senior Manager - India & Global Sales (Cyber Security) for a short period.

In 2017, Manju Shiv returned to NicheSolv as a General Manager - India & Global Sales, where they played a key role in sales strategy, lead generation, client management, and building trusted relationships. Most recently, they have taken on the position of General Manager - Global Sales at Cloud BC Labs, an organization specializing in digital transformation and cognition solutions.

Throughout their career, Manju Shiv has demonstrated expertise in various industries such as IT services, staffing, cybersecurity, cloud applications, and digital transformation. They have a strong track record of sales success and building relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Manju Shiv obtained their Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangalore Institute of Technology Bangalore from 1991 to 1995. Prior to that, they completed their Pre-University education at Vijaya Pre-University College in 1990-1991, majoring in PCMB. Their secondary education was completed at Sudarshan Vidya Mandir, where they obtained their SSLC certification.
