Richard Stubbs is an experienced finance professional with a diverse background in fund management and investment reporting. Currently serving as Fund Controller at Cloud Capital since August 2021, Richard is focused on data center operations and management. Prior roles include Investment Reporting Director at The SCP Group, CFO at TradeRisks Ltd, and Head of Fund Financial Administration at The SCP Group. Richard has also held various positions at Alpha Real Capital, including Fund Controller, and has extensive experience in financial leadership within real estate and asset management sectors, starting as Finance Director at Donaldsons Chartered Surveyors. Richard holds a BA in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics from Exeter College Oxford, completed in 1979.
