Soundra Pandian P has extensive work experience in the field of software engineering and management. They currently hold the position of Director - DevOps & Solutions Architecture at Cloud Destinations since April 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Altimetrik from April 2020 to March 2021 as an Engineering Manager. They also held positions of Senior Staff Software Engineer, Principal Engineer, and Technical Leader at Altimetrik from April 2018 to April 2020, April 2017 to March 2018, and April 2013 to March 2017 respectively.

Before joining Altimetrik, Soundra Pandian P worked at PayPal for over five years, starting in April 2013 as an AWF (Assisted Web Form) and ending in December 2018. Prior to PayPal, they worked as an Assistant Consultant at Tata Consultancy Services from April 2010 to March 2013.

Soundra Pandian's earlier career includes a role as a Software Engineer at Thales from January 2008 to March 2010. They also worked as a Software Engineer at Thales Software India Private Limited during the same period.

Their career started at Trimble Navigation in October 2004, where they served as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. In this role, they primarily focused on Java/J2EE software and web component development for the GeoManager product. They also worked on SQL queries, procedures, functions, and Java stored procedures.

Soundra Pandian P started their education by attending Valliammai Engineering College from 2000 to 2004, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology (B Tech). During their time at the college, they specialized in the field of study of Information Technology. In addition to their engineering education, they also pursued a certification in multimedia at Arena Multimedia from 2002 to 2004, earning an AMS degree.

Soundra Pandian later went on to obtain a certification as a Certified Scrum Product Owner from the Scrum Alliance in December 2015.
