From 2014 to 2020, Darren served as the Director of Service Management at New Signature UK, focusing on delivering quality managed services and enhancing customer relationships. Following that, they held the position of EMEA Director of Service Design and Transition at Cognizant Microsoft Business Group until 2023, where Darren led teams in designing and delivering Cloud Ops solutions across various sectors.
