Wienardo Tan

Wienardo Tan is an experienced service delivery manager with a strong background in client relationship management and project delivery. Currently serving as the Service Delivery Manager at Cloud Kinetics since March 2022, Wienardo oversees service quality, performance metrics, and effective communication during client escalations. Previously, Wienardo held client delivery manager roles at NTT Ltd. and Dimension Data, focusing on enhancing client satisfaction by ensuring compliance with service agreements. Wienardo's career also includes a role as a Network Consultant at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where design and implementation of security and application delivery technology were key responsibilities, along with pre-sales activities at PT Multipolar Technology Tbk, covering various network solutions. Wienardo holds a Master of Science in Information Technology from Institut Teknologi Bandung and a Bachelor's degree in Information System from Universitas Internasional Batam.
