Megan Bullard

Megan Bullard is an experienced Acquisition Analyst at Cloud Lake Technology, where responsibilities include managing DoD contract project submissions, drafting documents, and coordinating communications among stakeholders. Previously, Megan interned at the University of Dayton, focusing on archival collections, and held roles in library services and implementation support across various organizations, including The Reynolds and Reynolds Company and Washington-Centerville Public Library. With a Master of Library & Information Science from Kent State University and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wheaton College, Megan has developed a strong foundation in research, data management, and collaborative processes.
