Noah Middlekauff

Noah Middlekauff is an experienced Acquisition Analyst at Cofinance Group, having joined the firm in October 2025. Previously, Noah served as an Investment Sales Associate at IPRG, formerly BRG, from August 2022 to October 2025, specializing in the sale of multifamily, mixed-use, and development sites in Northeast Brooklyn and Queens. Noah was part of a team dedicated to achieving optimal outcomes for clients through extensive industry expertise. Prior to this role, Noah interned as an Energy Consultant at Pure Energy in the summer of 2021, focusing on identifying homeowners for solar energy installations. Noah holds a degree from Gettysburg College, graduated in May 2022, and is an alumnus of Princeton High School, class of 2018.
