Jo Ann Woodcock

Jo Ann Woodcock has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Jo Ann is currently working at Cloud Next Level as a Salesforce Admin and Solutions Designer. Prior to this, they worked at Paycor as a Product Owner Salesforce Implementation and later as a Sr. Salesforce Administrator. Before Paycor, Jo Ann was a Salesforce.com Administrator at Berry, where they configured new installations, implemented third-party applications, and designed and implemented solutions. Jo Ann also gained experience as a small business and non-profit IT service provider at JW IT Services. Earlier in their career, Jo Ann served on the Committee On Ministry at Salem Presbytery and worked as an EPIC Go-Live Consultant at Intellect Resources. Jo Ann also held the role of MIS Manager at Senior Resources of Guilford, where they were responsible for hardware and software support, IT policies and procedures, and data reporting. Jo Ann started their career as a Lead Analyst at VF Corporation and as a Remediation Team Lead at Volvo, where they managed Y2K remediation procedures and resolved business and technical issues. Jo Ann pursued their graduate studies at UNCG. Overall, Jo Ann Woodcock has gained extensive experience in Salesforce administration, IT services, project management, and data analysis throughout their career.

Jo Ann Woodcock holds a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Conflict Resolution from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, which they obtained in the period from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance from Wright State University between 1985 and 1987. Their undergraduate education includes a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in French and Foreign Languages from Purdue University, completed from 1980 to 1984.

In addition to their formal education, Jo Ann Woodcock has obtained several certifications to enhance their skill set. Jo Ann holds the Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant certification, which they earned in November 2021. In December 2020, they obtained the Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder Certification. Furthermore, in January 2013, they acquired the Salesforce.com Certified Administrator certification. Most recently, they completed the Diagramming Foundations certification from Lucid Software in September 2022.
