Sana Waleed has a diverse work experience in the field of people operations and culture. Sana currently holds the position of Manager - People Ops & Culture at Cloud Primero B.V, where they are responsible for managing and enhancing the company's work culture.

Prior to their current role, Sana worked at Optimyse for three years. During their time there, they held the role of Senior Manager - People and Culture, where they focused on developing individuals' self-awareness and soft skills, as well as fostering a human-centric work culture. Before that, they served as an Assistant Manager - People & Culture at the same company, where they worked towards building and sustaining a positive work culture.

Earlier in their career, Sana worked at Aga Khan University Hospital as a Research & OD Associate. In this role, they worked on projects related to employee engagement and improving patient experience. Sana also developed SOPs for Employee Grievance Management and Patient Grievance Management.
