Alexander Kolar

Alex Kolar serves as Vice President and General Counsel at Cloud Software Group since 2022, where leadership includes managing a team dedicated to delivering legal and business advice across the organization. Prior to this role, Alex was Senior Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at TIBCO Software from 2009 to 2022, overseeing legal functions during significant corporate transitions, including the acquisition of Citrix Systems. Alex's earlier experience includes a tenure as Special Counsel at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich and Rosati, focusing on corporate and securities law, and as a Law Clerk for the Supreme Court of Illinois, where responsibilities included drafting judicial opinions.
