Babu Prakash Rao, CUA™, serves as the Director of Product Design at Cloud Software Group, overseeing a team of 13 professionals dedicated to enhancing user experiences across Citrix and NetScaler products. With extensive experience in UX design, Babu previously held positions at Cloudera as Sr. Principal UX Designer, where the focus was on creating innovative big data experiences and enterprise hybrid cloud products. Prior to that, Babu contributed to Hortonworks as Product Design Manager and founded Noline Mobile App, a digital token generator. Babu's early career includes significant roles at Citrix, InMobi, Versata, and PayPal/eBay. Babu holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Madras and is a Certified Usability Analyst from Human Factors International.
