Byron Campbell is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in account management and technical support roles. Currently serving as Lead Account Technology Strategist at Cloud Software Group since December 2020, Byron develops and executes multi-year technical strategies for Citrix technology platform growth. Previously at Citrix, Byron held various positions including Senior Escalation Engineer and Lead Technical Support Engineer, demonstrating expertise in technical leadership and Netscaler support. Early career experience includes serving as a Network Administrator at Blue Line Cargo Service, managing Windows 2000 networks and upgrading hardware and software.
