Denise Garcia

Denise Garcia has extensive experience in account management and software maintenance, currently serving as Sr. Subscription Renewals Manager and previously as Sr. Maintenance Renewal Account Manager at Cloud Software Group since December 2022, following TIBCO Software Inc.'s integration into the company. From October 2008 to July 2023, Denise managed over 200 accounts as an Account Manager for Software Maintenance, handling quarterly forecasting and customer communications. Prior to TIBCO, Denise worked at Insightful Corporation from September 1997 to October 2008 in various roles, including Account Manager and Academic Sales Representative, focusing on maintenance renewals and software sales for universities in the US and Canada. Denise holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon, obtained between 1983 and 1988.
