Adam Lindemann has held a variety of positions since 2015. In that year, they were a Video Production Supervisor, Construction Assistant, and Video Technician for Biola University's Crowell School of Business. Adam also worked as an Eagle's Nest Team Member for Bon Appétit Management Company. In 2018, they became a Tech Consultant (Trainer) for Target. In 2019, they moved to CloudSpot where they worked as a Customer Success Specialist. In this role, they assisted users with technical and billing inquiries, developed Help Center articles and educational video material, implemented procedures to streamline Customer Success team efficiency, worked with the Marketing team to draft social media and email copy for new releases, and analyzed data to optimize sales revenue.
