Zhagum Arshad has a diverse range of work experience, starting with their role as Chief Executive Officer at Loft 25 Group in 2008. At Loft 25 Group, they oversaw the creation and launch of new products and e-commerce brands. Zhagum then went on to found multiple companies, including Gardenista Ltd in 2013, which has become the leading Eco-friendly Outdoor Cushions supplier in Europe. In 2016, they founded Jardine, an export-focused outsourcing unit specializing in garden cushions. In 2019, they founded Game Over Ltd, a company specializing in console seating for gamers. Zhagum also has experience in the healthcare industry, co-founding GP Triage Ltd in 2023, which focuses on optimizing GP appointment systems in the UK using AI technology. In addition, they are the founder of Ready Steady Bed, a children's soft furniture specialist in the UK. Zhagum is also involved in philanthropy through their role as the Managing Trustee of Loft25 Foundation, where a portion of the Loft25 Group's profits are donated to support projects that benefit mankind. Finally, they are the founder of TriVA Global, a company pioneering the virtual assistance industry in Pakistan.
Zhagum Arshad attended King Edward VI Aston School from 1991 to 1996. Later, from 1998 to 2001, they studied Economics and obtained a BA(Hons) degree from The Manchester Metropolitan University. Additionally, in 2022, they acquired three certificates: Branding 101 from ELVTR, Arabic Language Level 3 from EDGBASTON TUITION, and The Heart of Design: Design as a spiritual practice from Peter Gould: theheartofdesign.
