Susmitha Lakkakula

Susmitha Lakkakula has over 18 years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2020, they founded CloudTailor, a mobile app with a full fashion styling, learning, social sharing, order placement, tracking and rewards program. Susmitha is currently scaling the Fulfilment center operations to Gurgaon, Kolkata and Ludhiana. From 2018-2020, they worked as a Senior Test Engineer at Quest Software. From 2015-2018, they worked as a Senior Test Analyst at Dell Technologies. From 2007-2015, they worked as a Senior QA Engineer at Quantum, specializing in test case-designing on DX boxes and multiple other Storage devices including Backup applications. From 2002-2007, they worked as a Senior Project Engineer at Wipro, leading teams of 6 members in both HP and EMC2 ODCs in Wipro, Bengaluru and Wipro, Hyderabad.

Susmitha Lakkakula completed an Executive MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta in 2009, a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani from 2003 to 2007, and a Postgraduate Degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from Osmania University, Hyderabad from 2002 to 2004.
