Lydia Gupta

Lydia Gupta has over 16 years of work experience in the field of product management and program management. Lydia began their career in 2004 as a Senior Technical Specialist at Primedia. In 2008, they joined About.com as a Product Manager for the Product Development Team, where they were responsible for translating business needs into functional and technical specifications, managing the Web Tools Roadmap, overseeing Agile Software Development with Scrum, and creating business requirements, wire frames and use cases for new product schemes. In 2013, they were promoted to Senior Product Manager at About.com, where they managed and created business rules, user stories, and wireframes for the wholesale redesign of the About.com site. In 2015, they joined Arizent as a Program Manager, where they managed the successful redesign and launch of 10+ SourceMedia Brand Sites, drove adoption of Jira Service Desk, trained internal staff on new CMS systems, managed relationships between external vendors and QA teams, and acted as Scrum Master. Currently, they are a Senior Program Manager at Cloud9 Technologies, LLC.

Lydia Gupta holds a Master of Science in Information Systems from Pace University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Science and Information Systems from the Seidenberg School at Pace University.
