Jessica Raposo has been working in customer support since 2021, when they began their roles as a Customer Support Specialist at both CloudApp and Bloom. Prior to this, they were an English Second Language Teacher at Speak Online since 2021. Jessica also volunteered at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints from 2019 to 2021. Before that, they were a Graphic Designer at Lamparina Design from 2018 to 2019.
Jessica Raposo has a diverse education history. Jessica started their educational journey in 2011 when they studied English at Centro Interescolar de Línguas. In 2015, they continued their language studies at the same institution and studied Spanish Language and Literature. In 2018, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Product Design at Universidade de Brasília. Jessica also completed a Desenvolvimento de Aplicações Java Programador de Android certification at PRIME EDUC in the same year. In 2020, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Web and Computer Programming at Brigham Young University - Idaho, while also completing a Computer Science 101 course at Stanford University, an Exercising Leadership: Foundational Principles course at Harvard University, and a Success: Practical Thinking Skills course at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. In 2021, they completed a Web Development course at Kenzie Academy Brasil. Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including Certificação em Liderança, Capacidade de Aprender e Resiliência from PUCRS Online, JavaScript ES6 Essencial from Digital Innovation One Inc., Certificação Executiva: Desenvolvimento de Negocios, Liderança e Networking from FIA ONLINE, Introdução à Criação de Websites com HTML5 e CSS3 from Digital Innovation One Inc., and Introdução ao Git e ao Github from Digital Innovation One Inc.
