David Bui

David Bui is an experienced technology and customer success operations professional with a strong background in both B2B and B2C environments. Currently serving as the Lead CS Tech Operations at Cloudbeds since October 2023, David has previously held key roles at TIDAL as CX Technology Applications Manager, where responsibilities included managing the CX tech stack, and at Earnin as Lead CX Operations Engineer, overseeing a large team of agents and vendor relationships. Additional experience includes contributions to Bill.com in technical support roles, and a tenure at Citrix as Lead Product Quality Expert and Lead Escalation Engineer, focusing on product quality and technical support. David began a career in quality control engineering at NUMMI, which set a foundation for later achievements. David holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering from San José State University.
