Nicoletta Giusti

Nicoletta Giusti has a diverse range of work experience. Nicoletta began their career as a Social Worker at Associazione A.R.A.C.N.O.S. in 2000 and then transitioned to a role as a Psychologist and Health Educator at Comune di Montevarchi from 2002 to 2012, where they were responsible for coordinating and managing activities in an educational center. Nicoletta also served as a Team Lead at Kenilworth English Language Institute, where they were responsible for the pastoral care of foreign students during a summer school of English in 2012.

In 2012, Nicoletta joined UPS Supply Chain Solutions as a Billing Customer Service Representative, where they resolved billing queries for various markets and worked with large data files. Nicoletta then joined Hostelworld Group in 2013 and held multiple roles, including Customer Service Executive and Account Executive, providing support to properties and resolving customer complaints.

Most recently, Nicoletta worked at Cloudbeds as a Market Manager for Europe starting in 2020. In this role, they used Cloudbeds' hospitality management suite to assist hotels and hosts in automating their workflows and growing revenue.

Throughout their career, Nicoletta has demonstrated their ability to communicate effectively, provide support to customers and employees, and manage various responsibilities in the hospitality and education sectors.

Nicoletta Giusti has a diverse education history. Nicoletta completed a post-graduate course in Clinical Psychology at Università degli Studi di Siena from 2003 to 2007. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in Psychology with a focus on Educational Psychology from Università degli Studi di Firenze between 1994 and 2000. Nicoletta's education journey began with an Italian Leaving Certificate in Information Technology, which they achieved at Istituto Tecnico Industriale "Galileo Ferraris", San Giovanni Valdarno (Arezzo) from 1989 to 1994.

In addition to their formal education, Nicoletta also holds several certifications. Nicoletta obtained certifications in "Communicating Across Cultures," "Asking Great Sales Questions," "How to Use LinkedIn Learning," and "Sales Prospecting" from LinkedIn in various months of 2020.
