Nika Indunan

Nika Indunan has a diverse and extensive work experience in the hospitality industry. Nika has worked in various positions and companies, showcasing their skills in sales, marketing, business development, and hotel technology.

Nika started their career at Discovery Shores Boracay as a Sales Manager, where they handled corporate accounts, travel trade groups, weddings, and other social events. Nika also promoted the resort through sales missions domestically and abroad.

After that, Nika joined DirectWithHotels as a Channel Management System Manager, where they were responsible for the development and activation of hotels on the channel manager. Nika also managed support issues and liaised between market management and product development. Prior to this role, they served as a Market Manager for the same company, focusing on revenue and performance optimization of partner hotels in Boracay and Palawan.

Next, they joined FilArchipelago Hospitality Inc. as a Sales Manager in the National Sales Office. Nika'sresponsibilities included managing national sales and developing accounts.

Nika then worked at Agoda as an Assistant Market Manager, where they were responsible for building revenue growth, developing hotel partner relationships, and acquiring new partnerships. Nika negotiated favorable rates and allocations at the property level, driving key activities to support Agoda's revenue goals.

Following this, they joined Quest Hotel & Conference Center - Cebu as the Director of Sales. In this role, Nika rallied the Sales and Marketing Department to exceed key performance targets and contributed to the success of the 427-room business hotel in Cebu City.

Nika then worked as a Business Development Manager at SiteMinder, where they created marketing campaigns and sales strategies to establish SiteMinder as the leader in hotel technology in the Philippines. Nika focused on the Visayas and Mindanao region, helping independent hotel owners achieve their revenue goals as their hospitality consultant.

Currently, Nika is a Market Manager at Cloudbeds, where they utilize their expertise to oversee market activities and contributes to the growth of the company.

Nika Indunan completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Restaurant and Institution Management from the University of the Philippines from 2003 to 2007. Nika then pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Ramon Del Rosario Sr. Graduate School of Business at De La Salle University, which they completed from 2012 to 2014.
