Rodrigo Decossio

Rodrigo DeCossio is an accomplished sales leader currently serving as Vice President of Sales for Northern Europe at CloudBees since March 2024. With extensive experience in enterprise sales, Rodrigo has held significant roles including Principal at Fractional CRO Ltd and Head of Sales & GTM at Weaviate. Prior to these positions, Rodrigo was Regional Vice President and Regional Director of Enterprise Sales at MongoDB and MarkLogic respectively. Rodrigo’s career also includes senior roles at Dell EMC, Oracle, and Dell, where Rodrigo cultivated expertise in sales strategy and management. Rodrigo holds an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Texas McCombs School of Business and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Tecnológico de Monterrey.
